Payment dispute and refund guidelines.

Aasan Bhasha Mein: Agar aapka paisa online payment karte waqt kat gaya par driver ko nahi mila, ya koi fare dispute hai, toh aap app mein complaint kar sakte hain. Paisa 5-7 din mein wapas aa jayega.

1. Failed Online Payments

If you pay via UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card and the amount is deducted from your bank account but the trip shows as "unpaid", please do not pay cash. The deducted amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).

2. Overcharging / Fare Disputes

Bihar Sathi operates on a fixed-fare model. Drivers must not ask for an amount higher than what is shown on the final receipt on your app. If you were forced to pay extra, please report the trip via the "Help" section in the app within 24 hours. Once verified, the excess amount will be added to your Bihar Sathi wallet or refunded to your bank account.

3. Incomplete Trips

If a driver drops you off significantly before your destination due to vehicle breakdown or other issues, and you have paid online, you can request a partial refund via customer support. Cash rides should be settled directly with the driver based on the distance covered.

4. Wallet Balances

Money added to the Bihar Sathi digital wallet cannot be transferred back to your bank account. It can only be used to pay for rides within the Bihar Sathi ecosystem. Promotional bonus amounts in the wallet have an expiration date and cannot be refunded.
