Remove your account and data from Bihar Sathi

Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use Bihar Sathi, you can request to have your account and associated personal data completely removed from our systems.

Aasan Bhasha Mein: Agar aap apna account aur apni saari jankari (naam, number, purani rides) Bihar Sathi se delete karna chahte hain, toh in tareekon se request bhejein. Data delete hone ke baad aap wapas login nahi kar payenge.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Inside the App (Fastest)

Open the Bihar Sathi app → Go to Profile → Settings → Tap "Delete Account".

Option 2: Via WhatsApp

Click the button below to send us a deletion request from your registered WhatsApp number.

Option 3: Via Email

Send an email to support@biharsathi.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address, including your registered phone number.

Note: We may retain certain data (like ride receipts) for legal and tax compliance purposes as required by Indian law, even after account deletion.
