Aasan Bhasha Mein: Bihar Sathi ek parivaar ki tarah hai. Chahe aap driver hon ya customer, ek dusre ki izzat karna zaroori hai. Gaali-galoch ya badtameezi karne par account block kar diya jayega.

Respecting Each Other

Treat everyone you interact with through the Bihar Sathi platform with respect. Do not use abusive language, make threats, or engage in discriminatory behavior based on caste, religion, gender, or any other factor.

For Customers

  • Respect the Vehicle: The driver's vehicle is their workplace and property. Do not damage it, litter in it, or ask the driver to break traffic rules (like jumping red lights or overloading).
  • Be Punctual: Drivers lose earnings when they wait too long. Please be ready at the pickup point when the driver arrives.
  • Pay Promptly: Pay the exact fare shown on the app. Do not bargain or refuse to pay.

For Drivers

  • Professional Behavior: Greet customers politely. Do not engage in inappropriate conversations or ask overly personal questions.
  • Safe Driving: Obey all traffic laws. Do not drive recklessly, use your phone while driving, or drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Maintain Vehicle Quality: Keep your vehicle clean and ensure all safety equipment (like seatbelts) is working.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Bihar Sathi has a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Physical violence or threats of violence.
  • Sexual harassment or misconduct of any kind.
  • Fraud or intentional deception (like using someone else's account or manipulating the app).

Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.
