Cancellation Policy

Rules for cancelling a booked ride.

Aasan Bhasha Mein: Agar aap galti se ride book kar lete hain, toh aapke paas use free mein cancel karne ka samay hota hai. Uske baad driver ka nuksaan na ho, isliye ek chhota cancellation charge lag sakta hai.

For Customers

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your ride for free within 5 minutes of a driver accepting your booking.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel after 5 minutes, or if the driver has already arrived at your pickup location and waited for more than 5 minutes, a cancellation fee (starting from ₹20 depending on vehicle type) will be charged to compensate the driver for their fuel and time.
  • Unfair Cancellation: If a driver asks you to cancel the ride for no valid reason, you can report it via the Help section, and no fee will be charged to you.

For Drivers

  • Drivers are expected to complete accepted rides. Excessive cancellations by drivers create a bad experience for customers.
  • If a driver cancels multiple rides after accepting them, their account may be temporarily blocked or penalized.
  • If the customer does not show up at the pickup location after 5 minutes of waiting, the driver can cancel the ride with the reason "Customer no-show" without penalty.
